01Definitions & Acceptance of Terms

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated:

• "Funds" – refers to the credit balance in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) held within a member's Vega168 account.
• "Bonus" – refers to credits, rewards, or complimentary benefits granted by Vega168 to members subject to specific conditions.
• "Bet" – refers to any bet placed by a member on any game available at Vega168.

By accessing the Vega168 website, registering an account, or using any of the services provided, you hereby express your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions, together with Vega168's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are to be read together as one complete agreement. This acceptance takes effect from the first date you register or use the Vega168 platform.

Vega168 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the member's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02Membership Eligibility

To register and use Vega168's services, you must cumulatively satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age or older at the date of registration. Vega168 strictly prohibits the use of the platform by minors.
• Register using accurate and complete personal information – full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Not located in any region or jurisdiction where the use of Vega168's services is prohibited under local law.
• Never been banned or had membership revoked from Vega168 or any related platform previously.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Do not register more than one account. Each individual is permitted only one active account on Vega168 at any given time.

Vega168 uses both automated and manual verification methods to ensure all members meet the eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to decline any registration application without the need to provide a reason.

03Member Account & Security

3.1 Account Registration

Every Vega168 member is fully responsible for their own account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Should any of your personal details change — particularly your phone number or email address — please update them promptly via the account settings section or by contacting the Vega168 support team.

3.2 Password & Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your Vega168 account password confidential. Vega168 recommends using a strong password (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. Vega168 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

3.3 Duplicate Accounts

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at Vega168. Registering multiple accounts using different information is a serious violation that will result in all associated accounts being frozen and any winnings forfeited. Vega168 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

A Vega168 account that shows no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. Vega168 reserves the right to impose a monthly administrative fee of RM10 on inactive account balances once that period has elapsed. Members will be notified by email before any charges are applied.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Vega168 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only:

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned (subject to processing fee deductions). Vega168 does not accept any form of cash payment or international wire transfer.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your Vega168 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only processed to the payment method that the same using a deposit method or bank account registered in the member's own name.
• Balances derived from bonuses must meet wagering requirements (rollover) as stipulated before any withdrawal can be made.
• Vega168 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (MyKad) for withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 within 24 hours.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes depending on the chosen method.

05Bonuses & Promotions

Vega168 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the following rules:

5.1 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

Each bonus received carries its own rollover requirement. This means members must place bets totalling a specified minimum value before the bonus balance can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a RM50 bonus with a 10x rollover requires a cumulative total wagering amount of RM500 before a withdrawal is permitted.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per phone number, and per device unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash value.
• Vega168 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if abuse or bonus fraud is suspected.

5.3 VIP Programme

The Vega168 VIP Programme offers exclusive benefits to loyal members based on the volume and frequency of their betting activity. VIP tier eligibility is assessed monthly. Vega168 reserves the right to upgrade or downgrade a member's VIP tier based on their activity without prior notice. VIP benefits are non-transferable and carry no cash value.

06Game Rules

All games available on Vega168 – including live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger), online slots, and lottery – are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers and are subject to Vega168's terms in their entirety.

• All confirmed bets are final and non-reversible except in cases of verified technical error confirmed by Vega168.
• In the event of a connection disruption during a live game session, the bet outcome recorded in the Vega168 system will serve as the final reference.
• Vega168 uses Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all slots and number games. Results are entirely random and cannot be manipulated.
• The minimum and maximum bet for each game or table is clearly displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, Vega168's server records shall serve as the definitive evidence used to resolve the matter.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to play is strictly prohibited.

07Sports Betting & E-Sports

Vega168's Sports Betting section covers matches from the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, BWF badminton, MPL Malaysia esports, and more. The following conditions apply specifically to Sports Betting:

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds used to calculate the payout. Any change in odds after a bet has been confirmed will not affect that existing bet.
• Should the match delayed, cancelled, or incomplete within 12 hours of the scheduled time, Vega168 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and refund the stakes to the member.
• In-play bets (placed live during a match) are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• Vega168 reserves the right to limit or reject bets from members suspected of engaging in sports betting arbitrage or systematic exploitation of odds.
• The official results used to determine bet outcomes are based on sources recognised by Vega168 at the time of settlement.
• E-sports betting (MLBB, Dota 2, CSGO, Valorant) is subject to additional rules that may differ from traditional sports. Please refer to the specific rules in the e-sports betting section of Vega168.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Vega168 platform and may result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of winnings:

• Identity fraud – registering using another person's personal information or false details.
• Money Laundering – using Vega168 as a channel to process illicit funds or launder money derived from illegal sources.
• Bonus abuse – registering multiple accounts or using systematic methods solely to exploit Vega168 promotions or bonuses.
• Collusion – colluding with other players in live casino games to manipulate outcomes for mutual unfair gain.
• Use of unauthorised software – using bots, automated software, scripts, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Threats & harassment – harassing the support team or other members using offensive language, threats, or any form of intimidation.
• Hacking Attempts – any attempt to access Vega168's systems, another member's account, or its infrastructure without authorisation.

09Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure

Members may close their Vega168 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at support@vega168.click. Prior to closure, any eligible cash balance may be withdrawn. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited automatically during the closure process.

9.2 Suspension by Vega168

Vega168 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to fulfil an identity verification request within the specified timeframe.
• Instructions from authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, Vega168 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including deposited funds and any winnings accrued.

10Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Vega168 provides an entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis with no guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Subject to the limits permitted by law:

• Vega168 not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling decisions made by the member.
• Vega168 not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or device issues on the member's end.
• Vega168 does not guarantee that any game strategy will result in winnings.
• Vega168's total maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of that member's most recent deposit.

Members acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk and that the decision to gamble is entirely their own personal responsibility. Vega168 is not liable for any social, emotional, or financial consequences that may arise from a member's gambling activity.

11Responsible Gaming

• Self-Deposit Limit – Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the maximum deposit amount.

12Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of the agreement and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
